At Dronzz, we are committed to conducting our business with the highest standards of legal integrity, safety, and regulatory compliance. 2. Purpose of This Policy

  • To affirm Dronzz’s commitment to comply with national and international laws concerning the trade, distribution, and use of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and related products.

  • To inform and require customers and resellers to ensure lawful use, importation, distribution, and operation of drone products within their local jurisdictions.

  • To establish clear expectations and responsibilities for legal compliance to prevent regulatory violations, misuse, or unintended legal risks.

3. Dronzz’s Legal and Ethical Commitments

Dronzz operates under the following core principles regarding compliance:

  • Adherence to Law: We comply with all applicable import/export, civil aviation, cybersecurity, data privacy, and drone-specific laws across all jurisdictions, including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, India, and Vietnam.

  • Regulatory Updates: We continuously monitor and adapt our operations to comply with new regulations and emerging legal standards, including technological safety certifications.

  • Customs and Import Compliance: All shipments are accompanied by accurate documentation, including invoices, certificates of origin, and compliance declarations as required by destination customs authorities.

  • Transparency: We maintain a transparent and cooperative relationship with government regulators, trade authorities, and law enforcement when required.

4. Customer Compliance Responsibilities

We require all customers and resellers of Dronzz products to:

  1. Understand Local Laws:

    • Research and stay informed on the laws, licensing requirements, and drone operation rules within their country or region.

    • This includes restrictions on airspace use, equipment specifications, altitude limits, import classification, and data collection.

  2. Obtain Permits and Approvals:

    • Secure necessary authorizations such as drone registration, air navigation permits, radio frequency approvals, or anti-drone use licensing before deploying the products.

  3. Ensure End-Use Legality:

    • Avoid misuse of products for surveillance, unauthorized data collection, or restricted area penetration.

    • Refrain from modifying or re-engineering drones for illegal purposes.

  4. Comply with Sanctions and Export Controls:

    • Do not re-export or distribute Dronzz products to countries, individuals, or entities subject to embargoes, trade restrictions, or international sanctions.

  5. Accept Accountability:

    • Acknowledge that Dronzz bears no liability for non-compliance with local regulations by customers or end users.
