This policy serves as a mandatory agreement for all customers and users within the GCC region, ensuring alignment with the civil aviation, public safety, data privacy, and airspace sovereignty laws of the respective nations.
2. Policy Purpose
This policy aims to:

Inform users of their responsibilities under GCC national laws governing drone ownership and operation.

Protect Dronzz from any misuse of its products post-sale.

Establish a legal and ethical framework for drone deployment, data usage, and technical compliance across the Gulf region.
3. Scope of Application
This policy applies to:

Individuals and businesses purchasing Dronzz products for personal, commercial, industrial, educational, or entertainment use.

Third-party resellers, distributors, and channel partners based in GCC countries.

Any party importing Dronzz products into the GCC via direct or indirect channels.
4. End-User Responsibilities
All users of Dronzz drones in the GCC must comply with the following:
A. Regulatory Compliance

Obtain necessary registrations and certifications from the respective Civil Aviation Authorities:

Qatar: QCAA

Kuwait: DGCA

Oman: CAA

Adhere to applicable UAS operation laws, including:

Flying only in approved airspaces.

Respecting altitude and proximity limits (e.g., no flying near airports, government buildings, or military zones).

Not flying at night unless explicitly permitted.

B. Import, Distribution & Ownership

Ensure proper customs clearance and import licensing where required.

Confirm if the drone model is restricted, dual-use, or subject to special approval due to advanced capabilities (e.g., thermal imaging, long-range communication).

Avoid re-export to sanctioned countries or entities.
C. Operational Limitations

Use drones only for approved applications (e.g., surveying, filming, agriculture, inspection).

Do not modify, weaponize, or retrofit drones to carry illicit payloads or communication devices.

Ensure pilots are trained and, if required, licensed by the local aviation body.
D. Data Protection & Privacy

Avoid aerial surveillance of individuals or private properties without consent.

Comply with national cybersecurity laws, ensuring data collected is protected, stored responsibly, and not shared with unauthorized third parties.

Equip drones with tracking or transponder modules, if mandated.
5. Commercial & Industrial Use
Organizations using Dronzz drones for services such as:

Agricultural spraying

Logistics / Cargo transport

Construction mapping / 3D modeling

Utility inspection / surveillance

Apply for commercial UAS operator permits.

Maintain logs, insurance, and safety records.

Ensure compliance with any sector-specific regulatory guidance.
6. Prohibited Uses
Dronzz prohibits the following under this policy:

Use in warfare, crowd control, or surveillance of political/religious events.

Flights over oil facilities, power plants, border areas, or military installations.
-
Deployment without obtaining the end-use license when required.
-
Engaging in any activity that violates public order or national sovereignty.
7. Manufacturer Disclaimer

Dronzz sells drones as hardware platforms, and does not assume operational control or post-sale responsibility for how products are used.

Legal compliance is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and operator.

Dronzz provides technical documentation, import assistance, and regulatory updates, but cannot serve as a replacement for legal counsel or governmental clearance.

9. Violations and Enforcement
